Marina Jeon | Executive Director
Marina is currently a third-year student at Northeastern University with a concentration in Marketing and Management & Information Systems. Before becoming the executive director, she was the engagement manager for a consulting project with the international non-profit Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly. She worked at the marketing department at Crimson Hexagon, a social media analytics company, where she did everything from content creation to analyzing and reporting on Google AdWords, Salesforce, and Marketo. She is currently the executive vice president of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional organization on campus, as well as the founder and vice president of Liberty in North Korea at Northeastern University, a non-profit that aims to educate the people about the humanitarian crisis in North Korea and fundraise for the empowerment of the refugees. When she's not studying or working, Marina enjoys spending time with her family or friends and trying all the steak that she can.
Valerie Fung | Director of Consulting
Valerie is a third year student at Northeastern University pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and a minor in International Affairs. She fulfilled a six month co-op working for Raytheon Company as a Supply Chain Specialist in Global Business Services. Valerie also previously worked in operations for Change Food, a non for profit based out of New York City that promotes and provides sustainable food development research for the community. Outside of professional experience, Valerie is involved on campus with Global Pathways, a program that helps international students starting their college career become more familiar colloquial English, culture, and customs. In her free time, Valerie enjoys painting and discovering new food gems around the city.
Kevin Smith | Director of Operations
Kevin Smith is a sophomore attending the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston. He is currently pursuing a degree in International Business while concentrating in Finance and minoring in Spanish. Kevin is from Delaware County, Pennsylvania and has spent ample time working to help run the family business within the construction industry. Kevin has a passion for traveling and foreign language and he is currently studying both Spanish and Italian. Coming into his second year of school at Northeastern, Kevin is looking for an Accounting Co-op for his third year. In his free time Kevin enjoys fishing and yoga.
Rachael Mayrose Engagement Manager
Rachael is a third year student at Northeastern University in the D’Amore-McKim School of Business. She is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in International Affairs. Her professional experiences include a Co-op at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the State and Local Tax department and internships as both a writer and editor for CollegeFashionista. This semester, Rachael will serve as the Pledge Educator for the Chi Sigma chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, educating and preparing the next generation of business leaders. In her free time, Rachael enjoys exploring her passions of literature, fashion, theatre and travel.
Daniel Castle | Associate Consultant
Daniel Castle is a First-Year Honors student at Northeastern University in the College of Engineering, and he is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurial Engineering. His professional experiences include being a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware in their Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department and being a Civil Engineering Intern at Pennoni Associates, Inc., which is an engineering consulting firm. This semester, he will join Generate, Northeastern's Student-Run Product Development Studio, while continuing his work in Northeastern's chapter of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He's originally from Hockessin, Delaware, and he enjoys refereeing soccer and reading books in his free time.
Clarance Mow Associate Consultant
Clarance is a third year student at Northeastern University in the D'Amore McKim School of Business. He is majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Clarance has recently completed his first co-op at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Asset Management department and has interned as an auditor at a local CPA firm in Hong Kong. Last semester, Clarance was the Vice President of Professional Development for the Chi Sigma chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, in which he implemented multiple workshops for professional skill building. In his free time, Clarance enjoys watching and playing soccer, as well as traveling.
Hailey Pirovich Engagement Manager
Hailey is a fifth year student at Northeastern University in the D'amore-McKim school of business. She is majoring in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting. Her most recent work experience was as an Assurance Intern at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where she will be returning full-time in the fall. Her other past experience include working at Brown Brothers Harriman in the Corporate Actions department and at John Hancock Financial Services as a Compliance Analyst. When she's not studying or working, Hailey is a campus tour guide and enjoys discovering new music and binging documentaries.
Eric Chung Associate Consultant
Eric is a second year student at Northeastern University at D’amore-McKim School of Business, concentrating in Finance and combine majoring in Computer Science. He intends to apply asset valuation into a trading platform to create an artificially intelligent trader to beat the market. He currently works at Wellington Management, in the Guideline Monitoring team where he handles investment compliance for the firm. This semester, Eric will spearhead the professional development committee for the Chi Sigma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi as the Vice-president of Professional Development, equipping the next generation of business leaders. Eric loves scrapbooking.
Isabella Revel Associate Consultant
Isabella Revel is a third year student at Northeastern University in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. She is pursuing a degree in International Affairs with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Her professional experiences include an internship at Zurich Insurance as well as one at KiteGen, a startup in the environment industry. At her transfer school she acted as an executive member of the school’s incubator, Idea Lab. This semester, Isabella holds a leadership position in the Brotherhood Committee. In her free time, she enjoys learning about new innovations, cooking, fashion and exploring new places.
Katherine Swaim Engagement Manager
Katherine Swaim is a second-year honors student at Northeastern University in the D'Amore-McKim School of Business. She is majoring in International Business and Mandarin Chinese. She is from Shrewsbury, MA and has completed a four-month People Strategy Information Systems internship at Rapid7. Her on-campus work experience includes acting as a research assistant to the International Business and Strategy Group. Katherine is also employed by the University Honors Program as a peer mentor to incoming freshmen. She is a dedicated sax player in the NU Pep Band and is very involved volunteering in the local community. Katherine enjoys running and reading.
Stephanie Ji Associate Consultant
Stephanie is a second year student at Northeastern University in the D’Amore-McKin School of Business. She is pursuing a combined major with Northeastern’s College of Arts, Media, and Design in Marketing and Interactive Media. Stephanie has previously worked as a marketing intern at Bausch + Lomb in Shanghai, China and an event administrator at The Five Lamps Festival in Dublin, Ireland. In addition to Chi Sigma Consulting, this semester, Stephanie will serve as vice-chair of service for the Chi Sigma chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi and is an avid member of Northeastern’s Ultimate Frisbee club team. Stephanie is very interested in design efficiency and how we can make user experience more meaningful. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, playing sports, and photography.
